Ah, food star, my favorite chinese buffet as a kid, now a mediocre crapshoot of a buffet for some crude American-Chinese. I have fond memories of the chicken and broccoli. As for quality, its not that great; flavors are dull and the food has a premade and frozen feel to it. The fried rice is almost always undercooked/dried out, and even though i always get it, i always am disappointed with the outcome (try putting the sauce of the chicken next to it along with some soy to improve the flavor 3-fold). Anyway i cant comment on how often the food gets changed out, but i can guess it has to do with how much gets eaten; so, not often. Eat here at your own risk, but when you do, gorge yourself. After all, it is a buffet.
The price wasn't bad. Ok, that's the good part. The food is Bland and tasteless at best. The noodles we're overcooked, the chicken sticks we're so overcooked you could use them as tent pegs. I could go on and on, but won't.
This place is much cleaner than it used to be. Good food. Good service.
Not very good food and close about an hour earlier than posted hours
This place has been getting worse for years and has finally lost my business.
Warm and flat beverages. Food cold, dry and/or tasted TERRIBLE. The consistency of some of the foods suggested under cooking. The dessert cakes were dry. Egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken and similar Foods were so dry that when I tried to pick them up with my Fork they cracked and broke into hard pieces. We tried several dishes and not one could be finished. 22.00 for two people and the worst restaurant meal ever experienced
