Purchased a 2017 conquest le at a dealership in pa. Looks good but Has quite a few craftsmanship issues. hopefully the dealership will get it repaired quickly under warranty. Not sure I would purchase again.

I have a 2016 Gulf Breeze 30dbs travel trailer that is under full warranty and has delaminated issues across all the exterior fiberglass. John Smith and Pam Larison, who are responsible for warranty repairs. They never return calls or e-mails, and when they do they skip over all the important information. They have promised to replace the full exterior of the trailer but after 3 months they have still not shown up to pick up the trailer, and they are not responding to phone calls or e-mails. THEY HAVE ASKED ME FOR MY PHONE NUMBER AND AND LOCATION FOR PICKUP 3 TIMES, AND NO ONE HAS EVER SHOWN UP OR CALLED. They use their Secretary to screen their calls so they don't have to take care of their responsibilities. The contract clearly states that the trailer is covered and they are not being loyal to their contract. I am talking with lawyers regarding breach of contract, and it should be a cut and dry case since I have it in writing that it is covered and going to be repaired. I also have all records of calls and emails that have not been responded to. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have worked at Gulf Stream for 7 years and love my job! It's a really fun place to work with a great environment. The employee's are hard working and dedicated. Great pay!

I have a 2015 Gulf Stream Kingsport. The camper has been good so far except that they put the cheapest tires possible on them. I was coming home from Texas in 2016 and had 2 blowouts I thought I had hit some metal in the road. Fast forward a year later and I'm pulling to Maryland the very next long trip and the other 2 blow out. I get to looking at the spare and it has knots all over it. So now I have all kinds of damage from 4 tires blowing out. After the third I tried replacing them all and walmart didn't have but one at that walmart only had a couple hundred miles left so I was hoping I could make it the rest of the way. Nope had another blow out before I made it. So anyways I call the factory thinking maybe since they put some cheap tires on there causing lots of damage they might to keep a customer happy send me a few hundred in parts (me over a thousand their cost a few hundred). To keep a customer happy you know. Nope told me more less I'm on my own. To be honest I'm very pissed. I didn't buy a new camper to have it tore up because of cheap tires. So because of the customer service alone I will not ever buy Gulf Stream again and will recommend everyone keep away from them. My camper is 1 month out of warranty. So I somewhat understand hey out of warranty but come on some times you have to overlook that stuff when something is obviously your fault for putting the cheapest tires you can on a 30k dollar trailer. A few hundred bucks to keep a customer coming back and telling his friends how great of a company you are or not caring and having some one recommend you buy a different brand. Not good business practice by my standards. By the way to the company if you are reading this I work construction and know thousands of construction workers, not all buy campers but a very big amount of us do. I have probably got you 10 to 20 buys of your campers because of I used to tell the guys who were talking about buying a camper how much I liked mine. As a matter of fact I have a friend about to buy a camper now to bad it won't be a Gulf Stream. The only reason that I have it 2 stars is because my camper is a decently well made trailer can't complain about it. Just the cheap tires you put on and while I do realize you didn't make the tires you did buy them and put them on. So good trailer bad customer service and customer service matters as much or more than the trailers you build. Also one last thing if you think I'm just a big complainer i promise I'm not, this is my first review ever, I have had a few minor things like a couple water leaks when I first bought it, had to replace the tail light assembly a few months after I bought it, but just minor simple fix stuff that I fixed myself. No biggy. Hope you have a good day and if your reading this. I don't recommend buying this brand not because it is decently built, but because they don't stand behind it. Thanks for your time.
