Salesman wasn’t personable at all, with us anyway, he laughed and joked with his coworkers but with us he was like a machine, you would have to experience it to fully understand but both of us were unhappy with how cold our salesperson was and with his lack of communication. The payments they wanted us to do were insane and on top of that we already got approved somewhere else for less than 1/3 down that they wanted here. On top of all that we weren’t told the exact down payment so we called later to find out and was told we would get a call back later. We called back 2 hours later to find out they had closed and left without calling us and that was on a Saturday which was even more frustrating. I don’t know what banks they use for the high payments and money down they want but I definitely won’t be back to find out.
Was here to look at a used vehicle and ended up, with plenty of help from these folks, actually getting into a new vehicle. Great truck and what I needed for a good balance between a family car and a great fuel economy work vehicle. Corey did a great job helping me get the vehicle I needed and wanted even with my credit situation.

Very unsatisfied with Service department. Made an appointment for early morning and service department failed to get my truck in until 3 days later. Called several times and they advised they were working to get the vehicle in. Issue was door locks and windows not working and TPMS issue on my 2009 Ram. Service department tried hitting me with $1200 repair bill for a simple electrical connector and TPMS reflash. Took the truck to another shop and was repaired for $200. 2 Weeks later Service Manager called and told me I had an outstanding Balance for Diagnostics. $178.50 for 1.5 Hours of Electrical Diagnostics that did nothing but charge me for parts I did not need. Beware that you will be charged $119 per hour even if they don't work on ur vehicle. They don't tell you this when you bring the vehicle in to there shop. Never wrote a bad review before and was told this was a great dealer. Needless to say Stay Away and find yourself a reputable local shop.
