Bathroom had lights out. Went to the counter to order. 4 employees looked at me, no one came to the register to take my order. After 5 minutes I left. Do they not know how to run a business here? Oh, then I went back to my car and an employee was out in the lot swearing up a storm. Good jobs guys.
Very disappointed in this McDonald's. Finally am drawing the line after our experience this weekend. Not all of our experiences here have been bad but they are getting worse and worse. This weekend after waiting nearly 30 mins for breakfast I just asked for a refund and left. The major issues are slowness, like waiting 30 mins for food you never receive. Employees, like the lady taking orders who never smiles are asks to help you or acknowledges that you are there. Oh and the teen boy who I watched let spit drip out of his mouth and suck it back in and drip out and suck back in over and over while making coffee drinks. The bathrooms are always dirty (if they are working at all.) Not good.
Saturday morning 9am. We went inside since there were too many cars in drive through. We stood in line almost ten minutes waiting to order our food. Manager seemed confused and overwhelmed. A guy had a baby behind the counter. A girl showed up for her shift and stood there waiting to "clock in" while there were 8 people in line. Ordering was painful experience. I had to repeat several items. I know this is Nappanee, but this is unacceptable.
Terrible, we ordered 2 big macs. They were bun meat bun bun nothing on the buns, ice cold. Husband went back in with sandwich told the girl. Very rude. Said couldn't do nothing about it. Then said machine probably broke. Nother girl came and said they would heat it up. Cocky attitude. I was in car, half of the workers were in and out smoking with other kids outside. Very disappointed
Out of 4 different items, 3 were sub par! On 2 different visits my wife took a chicken burger and they were cold and stale. Also the egg mcmuffin is not a real egg and the sandwich doesn't taste good. This restaurant also has a limited menu (no wraps, etc).
